Where In South Africa Do You Ship?
We ship countrywide via the courier guy, shipping is tracked and we are notified when your order arrives, who signed for it and what time, same if they could not deliver- we are notified and we do a follow up with the shipping company on your behalf to resolve.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, please send an email with your order details as international orders will be processed offline. Please check under Stockists for the up to date lists of our international partners.
What is a flat rate? It is a set amount that is included in your total order to cover shipping costs.
Can I use a different delivery method to yours? Yes, to use alternative delivery of your own please get in touch via email/whatsapp. You may also pick up your order if you are in the southern suburbs of Cape Town as that’s where we are based, please select Local pick up to forego courier charges on your order. We will be intouch within 48hrs with the pickup address.
Order processing takes 5-7 business days and thereafter an additional 3 days for shipping, please be prepared to order well ahead of time or rather collect if your order is a birthday gift 🙂
Do you customize? Yes, at an additional cost we customize your doll’s hair, accessories and clothing. If you send us an image of the outfit you want, we will advise the best execution. Further to that a custom order will require 2 weeks for completion with progress updates after the first week and is non-exchangeable.

Our products are all handmade and therefore there will be slight variations that make each piece both beautiful and authentically unique.
A friendly reminder to Be aware that items that have buttons/embelishments, although secured, should not be given to babies but rather be for older tots or be used under supervision when the teething nibbles kick in.
Although precautions and prewash is done on all materials before use, we encourage you to wash items such as burp cloths and bibs separately first before use since they will be used near or on baby’s face.
We do not encourage frequent washing of the dolls however we know little ones will make messes and our dolls can be spot cleaned – dab area with a wet cotton bud until clean or gently hand-washed for larger areas. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
The clothing pieces can be treated the same. White tees should not be removed for washing and if it happens- redress from the feet up instead of from the head.
Our Lovie blankets can be hand washed as well & hung up to dry. The blanket is made of cotton and viscose, iron accordingly.
Ankara African wax prints are pre washed by us before use but please expect some colour running/bleeding and wash separately on the first wash.
All our goods are made in a pet free, smoke free environment.
