DELIVERY. Delivery is a R100 flat rate charge on top of your order. Preparing for dispatch takes 5 – 7 business days max unless it is a custom order, in which case it is 7- 10 business days. If you are In Johannesburg North and want to forego the courier fee to pick up your order please select Local Pickup option- we are in Northriding, Johannesburg.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME. Our delivery service provider of choice is The Courier Guy which is door to door delivery within 2-4 business days.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. We do not offer Returns/Refunds, however, credit notes can be issued, valid for up to a year from issue. Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery to the customer and on condition that they are returned in their original condition, meaning unwashed, undamaged and with all orginal packaging as we need to preserve value of the goods. No returns on masks. Please notify us prior to sending anything back so we can look out for it. Should anything arrive to you damaged, we are happy to exchange the item. Customers are responsible for postage costs on returns and exchanges.
Custom orders CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
Lost packages during delivery are not our responsibility and will not be refunded.
PAYMENTS. Payments may be made via Visa, Mastercard or by bank transfer into the Imibongo kaMakhulu FNB bank account, the details of which will be made available to you when checking out. Please use the order number given to you as a reference for payment.
Card transactions will be acquired for Imibongo kaMakhulu Dolls via Paygate (PTY) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African acquiring banks. DPO Paygate uses the strictest form of encryption and no card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy

Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing once payment has been received, large orders will require more days and communicated.
